甲流疫情死亡率

H1N1 Mortality Rate

Problem Background

Special for beginners, ^_^

Problem Description

H1N1 is not that scary — in China its mortality rate is not very high. Based on the number of confirmed H1N1 cases and deaths reported by each province as of December 22, 2009, compute the H1N1 mortality rate for each province.

Input Format

A single line containing two integers: the first is the number of confirmed cases, the second is the number of deaths.

Output Format

A single line containing the H1N1 mortality rate, output as a percentage accurate to 3 decimal places.

Sample Input

10433 60

Sample Output

0.575%

Constraints

Time limit: 1s, memory limit: 1024KiB for each test case.

If you use a printf statement for output, you can print the percent sign with printf("%%");.

Hint

  • Mortality rate = deaths ÷ confirmed × 100 — remember to cast to double before the division, and think about why.
  • You must print the percent sign % yourself.
  • Keep 3 decimal places. Verify with the sample: 10433 60 → 0.575%.
