Problem Description

Determine whether a given year is a leap year.

Input Format

A single line containing an integer $a$ ($0 \lt a \lt 3000$).

Output Format

A single line: if year $a$ (CE) is a leap year, output Y; otherwise output N.

Hint

• The leap-year rule is given below — note the extra 3200 clause in this problem.
• The output is the letter Y / N, not 0 and 1.
• Check against the sample: 2006 → N.

In the Gregorian calendar, most years divisible by $4$ are leap years, but years divisible by $100$ yet not by $400$ are not leap years, and years divisible by $3200$ are also not leap years — e.g. $1900$ is a common year, $2000$ is a leap year, and $3200$ is not a leap year.
