判断体重是否符合完美身材标准

Ideal Body Weight Check

Problem Description

A person's standard weight (in kilograms) is computed as: (height in centimetres minus 100100) times 0.90.9. If the difference between the real weight and the standard weight stays within 10%10\% (i.e. $|\text{real weight} - \text{standard weight}| < \text{standard weight} \times 10\%$), the person has an ideal body shape. Note that 11 jin (市斤) equals 0.50.5 kilograms (two jin make one kilogram). Given a group of people's heights and real weights (in jin), decide for each whether they are too fat or too thin.

(Terminology: the standard weight is a reference weight computed from one's height; a jin is a traditional Chinese unit of mass, where 11 jin =0.5= 0.5 kg.)

Input Format

The first line contains a positive integer NN (≤20\le 20). The following NN lines each give two integers, representing a person's height HH (120<H<200120 < H < 200, in centimetres) and real weight WW (50<W≤30050 < W \le 300, in jin), separated by a space.

Output Format

For each person output one line with the conclusion: if ideal, output You are wan mei!; if too fat, output You are tai pang le!; otherwise output You are tai shou le!.

Sample Input

169 136
150 81
178 155

Sample Output

You are wan mei!
You are tai shou le!
You are tai pang le!
